How far in advance can you make salad dressing or peanut sauce?
I am making a wedding dinner for 25 guests. I would like to make the salad dressings(not mayonnaise based) & peanut sauce for noodles in advance. I don't want to sacrifice the quality or flavor but need to streamline my prep as much as possible.

I make a dijon vinaigrette at the beginning of the week and use it all week long with no problem. A peanut satay sauce will also keep fine in the fridge for 5-6 days
