have you tried it with regular flour? don't have any rice flour in the cupboard, just regular and cake flours. any thoughts?

Hi ktcooks! I imagine regular AP flour would be a fine substitute. My husband is gluten intolerant which is why I went with the sweet rice flour. Let me know how it goes if you try these. Cheers, Jenny (gingerroot)
