What can I do to cut the heat?

Made south western chicken. Will be served with rice. Used chipotle peppers. Way too hot to eat.

Maybe some kind fruit (pineapple, apple, mango?). Add it in with a touch of honey. I would puree half, stir it in, and chop the rest and add it (for texture).

adding cream or using something sweet will help cut the heat

agree on the cream, could also use yogurt or sourcream.
