If I only have a 10 inch tube pan, but the recipe calls for a 9 inch tube pan do you think it'll be okay to bake the cake in the 10 inch pan?

Reduce the cooking time; it'll be fine.

Yes; it will be shallower and it may take less time to cook than the recipe calls for.
