A question about a recipe: Eat Your Greens! Rainbow Chard with a Maple-Vinegar Drizzle

I have a question about the recipe "Eat Your Greens! Rainbow Chard with a Maple-Vinegar Drizzle" from Lizthechef. What would you substitute for paprika in this, if you could not use that ingredient? Chile-related spices are also not an option. Thanks! ;o)

Thanks so much, all of you. I didn't get these responses in time, so I just left the smoked paprika out, and the dish tasted great anyway. Have never heard of smoked ginger before. Interesting. ;o)
