Try the new bees wraps from Provisions, an amazing product - failing that (too much cheese, not enough wraps) use parchment paper or spend the money for proper cheese paper.
What? You don't have a cheese cave? For most homes wrap the cheese in paper (not cling wrap). I store it one of the middle compartments of my refrigerator. For a stinky, runny, feet of God epoisses I wouldn't store it. I would just eat the whole damn thing.
