Can I substitute whole milk for half and half in Turkey Pot Pie? Anything to thicken it?

I don't have any cream or half and half - should I try to make the whole milk thicker?

Does the sauce have flour in it? If so, using just milk should be fine. It will be a little less rich, but probably just as tasty. If you have some creme fraiche lying around, you could always add a little dollop of that for extra richness.
