i really would like to make the Baked Kebbeh Pie but wonder if the recipe could be halved. and if it can be done what size pan would be recommended

My grandfather and uncle never used a recipe and always "eyeballed" the quantities of everything except the meat. No one I know makes kibbeh the same and we all use more or less ingredients based on our personal tastes. You should not have any problem halving the recipe and using a 4 to 5 inch mini pan or baker.
Fan of onion & butter? Wait till you try olive oil & vegetables.
