I have a copper jam pot. It is unlined.

I researched somewhat but would appreciate some clarification. Jams and jellies are fine. Acid foods are not. Chutney is also unsafe, I find on your website. Help!

Unlined copper pots can be toxic if some foods are cooked in it. I am looking for what foods can be cooked and why.
