some of it keeps pretty much forever. The stuff I used this holiday season I'd had in the cupboard I-don't-know-how long. 'course, I soak it a week in rum before I use it in anything...

i make it in the winter when i have finished a box of clementines. It last forever in frig or frzr because of the sugar . I have had it get moldy at room temp after awhile but i figure that's because it wasn't dry enough or something.
