Is there a reason you don't want to just use parchment paper and wrap your own bundles? It's probably a lot less expensive.

I do not like them. The only kind available in my grocery were large, as opposed to individual packet-sizes, and they did not hold up (they broke during cooking), even just with 2 fish fillets and vegs. Much better to make your own individual packets.
