No. But they are inexpensive so if they are really old, I would trash them and buy new ones.

They just get drier! (as Meg said)
And they can get insect guests. Keep them in a glass jar.
Other than that, you've heard stories about lentils (or whatever) from the pyramids that are still good?...

They won't hurt you but they will take forever to cook.
