I made a bar cookie and topped it with a glaze made with confectioners sugar, peanut butter and 1/4 cup milk. Do I need to refrigerate these bar cookies because of the milk in the glaze?
i'd refrigerate them if they're not all eaten up the first day. i've made breakfast rolls in the evening, with a milk/powdered sugar glaze, and left them out, covered, overnight, with no ill effects.
And all in one skillet.
