vegan cornbread?

I want to make cornbread for my vegan friend. I have a recipe I love, but it's full of bacon grease, eggs, and dairy. He loves coconut milk. Anyone have a vegan cornbread recipe that includes it?

Here's a recipe from The Flaming Vegan that uses coconut milk and oil to replace the usual bacon grease, and the egg is replaced with flax. Good luck!
