porcini oil

Ive noticed most people here mention the need to refrigerate a mushroom infused oil after creating it due to metabolism. I never see mushrooms infused oils in stores though mention the need to refrigerate... Whats the best way to do this while not requiring the need to refrigerate?

Commercial products are acidified according to approved USDA methods. To the best of my knowledge, USDA recommends no home method for infusing oils and keeping them at room temperature.
