Make mustard-mayo: 1 egg yolk, 1/8 cup vinegar (ideally champagne or red wine), 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup olive oil. Put everything but oils into a blender, turn blender on, and *very slowly* drizzle in oil until you get mayo.
Mix 1 cup of above mayo with 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt and a handful of chopped dill, should make quite a bit of dressing.
