I have always gone traditional BBQ. But I'm looking for something different. Does anyone have a great recipe???

I love the flavor of fruit in meat dishes. This recipe is good, but I don't use all that sugar!

I've never made this, but every other Nach Waxman recipe I've ever tried has been great.
