A classic combo. I would suggest constant tasting as you put it together to ensure one taste does not overwhelm the other... Chive is light tasting and dill canned stronger (assuming you are using fresh). Some might think it as cheating but you can put in a bit of scallion to bring up the oniony taste. I assume it has mayo - hopefully not from a jar. You will be surprised at how little you need - just enough to bind, not make into a slush. My advice is to make extra as it will be a hit!
