I wouldn't serve it after anything more than 24 hours.
Why 24 hours? If hummus is refrigerated, it should last several days. I've kept it months frozen.
Assuming it's refrigerated, it should be good for about 4 days. You may need to thin with a bit of water before serving after about day two, as it thickens the longer it sits.
