Can I use cake flour instead of all purpose flour

What are you making? You likely can, though the texture of what you are making will benefit from adding an extra egg to compensate for the lower protein content of cake flour (7% protein) compared to AP flour (10% protein).

One cup flour equals one cup plus two tablespoons cake flour.
