Hi folks. I have three 8-oz jars of failed cherry-almond jam (didn't set). I'd like to add it to an ice cream base. Any worries? Proportions

I agree with ChefJune. You could swirl some in to Greek yogurt and then freeze. I like doing that with lemon curd.

I would use some of it as a ripple/swirl into a semi-frozen base, rather than the whole ice cream.
