I have a question about the recipe "Rustic Cherry Tart with Almond Ice Cream" from F for Food. Does this recipe assume you are using tart or sweet cherries (I'm asking because I have a pound of tart cherries--I FINALLY found them!) If this recipe assumes sweet cherries, how much extra sugar should I add if using tart cherries? Thanks!
