Anyone have thoughts about what to do with a market bounty of fresh Pasilla chilies?

Specifically looking for vegetarian suggestions. The farmer at the market recommended freezing what can't be used fresh. Has anyone tried that?

I freeze everything. You might want to roast and peel them first. That is what I did with my Hatch chilies. Mrs Wheelbarrow has an awesome roasted tomato and chili salsa. I'd link it, but can't from my phone.
