There are recipes on the site - mine is "Cranberry, Tangerine and Crystallized Ginger Relish" and it requires no cooking. You need a food processor, though. It freezes beautifully. Good luck!

Ina Garten's Canberry Conserve is heavenly stuff, and it's so easy! I've used it as my Thanksgiving cranberry dish, on waffles and pound cake and on my turkey sandwiches. It's so good! Here's the link: http://www.foodnetwork...
