Lol. So true. I always look there first and then check my usual go to stores. Sometimes it's way cheaper locally, but not always.

Super easy and so addicting. Modified slightly from Mywholefoodlife.com.
1/2 cup coconut manna (aka coconut butter)
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2 tsp sugar, honey or corn syrup
1 3oz good quality dark chocolate bar
2 TBS cream or coconut milk in a can

Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Scoop out with a melon baller. You can leave it in a ball or flatten to a disc. Melt chocolate and cream in double boiler. Using two forks, dip mixture in chocolate and place on parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet. Store in fridge.

Thanks Susan W, I did find that recipe when I googled, but what is coconut butter ? I've never seen that.

Dona, it's 100% coconut in a very stiff texture. It's sometimes called coconut manna. It's available on Amazon and Whole Foods type stores.
