I have a question about the recipe "Paule Caillat's Brown Butter Tart Crust" from Genius Recipes. Can I Bake the crust the day before I make the tart? should I refrigerate the shell ?

Yes you bake the crust a day in advance. Let it cool completely then place in saran wrap. It should be refrigerated.
