Merrill's rolled pastry appetizers? Am I imagining them?

I seem to remember an easy party recipe by Merrill for a store-bought pastry spread with pesto or red pepper and cheese, then rolled, baked, and cut into rounds. I cannot find it for the life of me....did I dream it or can someone point the way?
