Place eggs in a pan with cold water, enough to just cover eggs. Bring to a boil uncovered for 5 min. Turn off heat, cover for 10 min. Remove eggs and place in cold water to prevent yolks turning green. Shell and refrigerate in airtight container until ready to use. Result perfect boiled eggs! Will keep for up to 4 days in fridge.
One of the simplest things, but not the easiest to master. It is also important to know that farm fresh eggs will take much longer than store bought eggs.
