What would go well with salmon gyoza for starters? Ideally a vegetarian main, but fish would work well too. Would welcome any suggestions!

Or a vegetarian Pho (noodle soup) if you don’t mind mixing cuisines. Here’s one:

Tom kha gai (Thai street food chicken soup) with firm/pressed tough & veg broth instead of the chicken and chicken broth. Most of the flavor comes from the veg and aromatics, so different but still delicious!

Ugh. Auto-incorrect. Not "tough" but "tofu "

You could make a stir fry, lo mein or fried rice with shrimp.
