I got some "lamb riblets" but don't know what to do with them! any thoughts are appreciated!

Are they the lollipop chops? I love those just grilled with salt and pepper and rosemary, served with some lemon juice or maybe a chimichurri - something a little acidic since lamb is so fatty (and delicious)
I assume you mean the riblets that look like a (real) mini pork spare rib look alike. I think they are a back rib. They are delicious grilled outside or briefly broiled. I just lightly salt and pepper. There isn't a lot of meat, but what there is is really delicious
Right on Gale - they do look like spare ribs. Okay - i'm gonna grill them tomorrow, and i like the chimichurri suggestion of aargersi's. Thanks folks!
