One way to make a tasty cauliflower soup w/o a recipe is to roast it (plain or with herbs, spices you like), break into florets, mix with vegan broth you like, and there you are. Play with aromatics (ginger, onion et al), other vegetables if you want more color and/or starch, non dairy milks for flavor, protein.
