Freezing artichokes

Steamed a bunch of artichokes yesterday to eat over the next few days, came down with strep throat last night. Swallowing is so painful right now the thought of eating them is scary, and I'm told my symptoms may last 2-3 days. I hate to see them go to waste -- will they freeze OK?

Good 3-5 days in fridge, 10-12 months in freezer. See site still tasty.com for healthy durations @ pantry, fridge, freezer temps. Feel better.
