Hi Homa, happy Thanksgiving! I've done this before with spinach-artichoke dip (though using a slightly different recipe) and it works great. Just make sure to cover it very well with foil or plastic wrap, pressing the wrap/foil against the surface of the dip so it doesn't dry out at all. Then just bake it the next day when you're ready to serve. Hope this helps—enjoy!

(Also, just to clarify completely, refrigerate the covered dip overnight!)
