While thawing a pork tenderloin in the microwave, I had the power at 100% instead of 30% so now it is partly cooked. Can I marinate & cook as usual?

Sure, its my understanding that proteins damaged by cooking actually aid in the marinating process. I've seen steaks grilled and then marinated post cooking. The name escapes me, but there is a seafood dish that is served in a highly flavored marinade.
