How long can pork tenderloin stay in the marinade?

Yesterday i started marinating pork tenderloin in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sake and garlic. Was going to cook today but would rather wait until tomorrow . Is that ok?

My primary concern would be excessive saltiness from languishing in the marinade for too long, especially for a smaller roast like a tenderloin. For a center cut loin roast, I might be a little less wary.

I would remove it from the marinade, wipe off the excess, refrigerate until cooking and cross my fingers.

Whether it comes out will depend heavily on your tolerance for salt.

Best of luck.
