can you send me the info/link for the pan pictured in this recipe. i see there is a click thru for a Turk pan but is it the same one?

It's a slight variation on the same pan, but we use them all interchangeably in the Food52 kitchen. (The hash marks don't show up on the food you're cooking the way a grill pan would.)
