thanks for this - i couldn't see the hashtag marks in the recipe picture. they are very prominent in the e-commerce link.

It's a slight variation on the same pan, but we use them all interchangeably in the Food52 kitchen. (The hash marks don't show up on the food you're cooking the way a grill pan would.)
