I want to make a blackberry spritzer type drink for a summer dinner. Perhaps with basil or some herb. Alcoholic or Non. Would love suggestions.

A blackberry Bellini would be nice. Purée the blackberry with a touch of honey (or a mint infused simple syrup) and lime and mix it with prosecco or sparkling water. Serve in a flute with frozen blackberries.

Yes! What I was thinking. I have some lovely raw honey too. Who doesn't love prosecco. Thanks!
