Leftover freshly made fettuccine and sauce. Is there anything I can do with it. Put it in the fridge last night. Have quite a bit.

If I reheat it it will go from al dente to soggy.

you could try re-heating in the oven v. stove top/microwave. that will reduce some mush. you could also add more cheese and bake it into a bastardized version of mac & cheese.
