Grand Marnier can be used in mousses, crepes, tiramisu, trifles, glazes for cakes/tarts, as well as any cocktail calling for an orange liqueur, like Triple Sec. Also sipped as is. I wouldn't worry about finding a way to use a lot at once - few recipes do; I've had a bottle ("inherited" from my mother) for well over a year and it's perfectly fine. Well capped, it's pretty indestructible.

I have several friends who drink it as an after dinner drink over ice. Depending on your friends they might take care of the bottle for you!

Homemade creamsicles for grown-ups, if there's any left after sangria and shots abd crepes

It's an old DC bartender thing, but do some shots of grand marnier. I've never heard of drinking it that way anywhere else but DC though.

Down it 5 minutes before the party starts and enjoy! ;)

Grand Marnier will keep indefinitely. Why are you in a rush to use it up?
Crepes Suzette would be a great dessert, and you could put the bottle on the table along with a selection of cordial glasses for your guests to imbibe after dinner. They're sure to clean you out!

Grand Marnier is a delightful addition to a chocolate cake/frosting recipe. Add some orange zest to the batter and sprinkle toasted almonds over the frosted cake to take it over the top. Then serve the cake with some of the liqueur in snifters for dessert. Be sure to invite me.

As mentioned it goes well in margaritas, it also works to fortify sangria. If you don't use it all you could slip some in to your cranberries at Thanksgiving like I do.

I've Maialino's Olive Oil Cake several time and it's the best! It won't use your whole bottle of Grand Marnier, but it's a start: https://food52.com/recipes...

Why do you need to use all of it up? It's a liqueur, it'll keep well for a couple of months, even after opened.

Rather than try to use it up in just one dish, you might consider multiple dishes. Grand Marnier is an excellent addition to fruit salad or can be poured over ice cream.

Of course, there's the famous Grand Marnier soufflé. Also, Grand Marnier can be used in many cocktails. My guess is that there's a Grand Marnier corporate website and they will have plenty of suggestions on what to do with their products (I'm too lazy to check this morning).

I do know that Grand Marnier is used in Cadillac margaritas. It can be used to replace/compliment triple sec in many cocktail recipes.

Have fun!
