hi emily! how long would you like to freeze the bird? (is it for thanksgiving tomorrow?) either way, you'll need a big bag—a trash bag would even work! put the turkey into it, press out any extra air, tie the bag, and pop it in the fridge; if you're only freezing it for a few days or a week or so, it'll be fine just like that. if you want to freeze it for a longer time, you should wrap the bagged bird in heavy duty aluminum foil. if it won't fit in your freezer whole, you could always break it down and then freeze it! this guide will also work for breaking down turkey: https://food52.com/blog/10619-video-how-to-break-down-a-chicken
