I want to make and bake today macaroni and cheese for tomorrow is this a good idea?

Yes, and.
If you're making some kind of crunchy topping, don't cook it in advance. Add it to the top of the casserole when you are re-warming just before serving, and it will give greater crunch than cooked-cooled-reheated topping.

Yes! This is the ideal make-ahead meal. Are you making the regular turkey fixin's and everything as well? Either way, I've never known mac n' cheese to disappoint :)

It's a great idea! It can be made ahead and re-warmed in a low oven, but an even better approach, if you have the oven room, would be to assemble everything and just leave it unbaked until go-time.
