Nancy, it's a complete nightmare! I've never had this happen before to one of these crusts. But, that Apple Coriander Crumble recipe you suggested looks very interesting. I think I'll try it. Thanks for the suggestion and enjoy your Thanksgiving!

That said, you can still patch your pie crust and bake it...
I did try, but every fold had separated and I couldn't seem to pinch it together enough to get it to seal and still seal up the sides. It must have been extremely old or something.

Often they're salvageable (spelling?), but this one clearly not.
