I have a question about the recipe "Jerusalem Artichoke and Apple Purée" from Sara Jenkins. jerusalem artichokes are also known as fartichokes. does that problem exist with this recipe?
sunchokes are one of my fav things. we've eaten them for years: fresh in salads, roasted, pureed in soup-- never had the purported gas effect.
