I think I diced the ingredients of the chicken pot pie too small. It's a small dice, and I feel like it should have been a large dice. It tastes good though. Does it matter? (Roasting tomorrow)

It probably doesn't matter too much. Trendy restaurants probably make chicken pot pies with fussy small veggies and charge twice the price.
