Does this recipe still work with Dutch process cocoa powder (like Fry's)? That's all I have on hand, other than hot chocolate mix.

Here's a little seminar about cocoa. I have often switched the two out rather than go to the store, but they are different. I think the pudding will forgive you. :)

It calls for cocoa powder so dutch process cocoa powder should be fine.
