What are your favorite soups on food52?

I make soup each week from the start of fall until the end of spring. I have found many amazing soups on Food52, and I still have so many more in my soups collection that I have yet to try. Which are your favorites?

boy, i have spent DAYS perusing 52 Soup recipes; and so many are so rewarding!i have been particularly inspired by those that focus on healthfulness as well as taste- that feature whole grains like quinoa and freekeh, and greens like kale and spinach and chard.
I will own up to loving a few of my own, strictly objectively speaking of course!:

I make this all the time using storebought already cooked and peeled chestnuts. My most favorite soup without a doubt (but I skip the rosemary).

I love this one. I make it often.

This one is simple but so delicious. I serve it with grilled Fontina or gruyere sandwich sticks. https://food52.com/recipes/20272-barbara-lynch-s-spicy-tomato-soup

This one isn't really meant to be a soup, but it's so brothy that I consider it one. Don't skip the parmesan rind, it really adds so much flavor. https://food52.com/recipes/26953-brothy-garlicky-beans
