Excuse me RIA..... You have all the signs of a troll: You joined YESTERDAY not to ask a cooking question (ie. what can I substitute for this ingredient, or can I cook halfway through and freeze?) but to simply ask a 3rd grade math question. Then you jump all over those who replied. I suggest YOU follow your own suggestion to "Now I suggest you take yourself off this website for helping people who are learning or need help in the Culinary Industry it’s very obvious you don’t know how to talk to people." Goodbye!

Pfft!
You have got to be kidding. Who cares? This is a Food site, not a math class...
Your answer is 15x8.

Yeah, I know it’s a food site, not a math class that’s why I came here to get an answer for a Culinary class, from Culinary professionals isn’t that what this sight is for to help with Culinary questions and issues? If you were going to be rude then you could have just not answered. By the way, I only asked this question if I didn’t have time to solve this problem. Because unlike you I had other things to do than answer people obnoxiously being mean to them just because they asked a question they wanted answered. The answer is 172 ounces. Thank goodness I didn’t rely on your rude response. If you don’t have anything nice to say or a good response then just don’t answer because they’re is no reason to say something like that to someone you don’t even know. Now I suggest you take yourself off this website for helping people who are learning or need help in the Culinary Industry it’s very obvious you don’t know how to talk to people.

172 ounces is incorrect. It's not cleanly divisible by 15 which should be your first clue.

Best of luck with your food service studies.

Yes, Really instead of saying that you didn't have to respond if you didn't want to. Because that was unnecessary if you didn't want to answer and help them don’t comment at all.
