I made some onion soubise for the first time on Saturday and I still have about a cup leftover. It's divinely delicious and I'd like to use every drop. What can I do with it?

I already spooned some on this:
And I made mushroom Gruyere bacon flatbread with it.

Soubise goes with so much that the list is nigh on infinite. I like it with chicken thighs, stirred into soups, as a burger topping. Wherever you can imagine it going, it can go there.
