How heat a frozen cooked berry crisp? Do I thaw overnight in fridge?

Premade a fresh berry and apple crisp for a dinner and froze because too much to do. Should I thaw in fridge overnight or just cook at 350 for 30 min tomorrow ?

I would just bake it straight from the freezer until it's golden brown and bubbly.

yes, and if the top starts to get brown too early, cover the dish with foil.
