My mustard plants are topped with seed pods (about 1 cup). Anything interesting I should make with them?

If you want to eat the pods themselves, they're edible and you can toss them into stir fries, stews, and other vegetable recipes. I do this with radish pods regularly, and they're closely related to mustard. (Check to make sure the pods aren't too fibrous, though! Sometimes heat/age make them tough even when they're still green.)
